3-5 "successes" per day!
I try to have 3 to 5 successes each day, no matter how small. If I go for a walk, that's a success for me. If I go to the gym, that's a success. If I meditate, that's a success. If I eat healthy today, that's a success.
If I craft a killer email to send to my list, that's a success.
If I teach my son Julian something today and work with him, or provide some good quality "Dad" time, that's a success. If I do something special for my wife, that's a success.
At the end of the night, when I'm trying to go to sleep, I think of my 3-5 successes and congratulate myself. This is a good habit my friends. It's the celebration or congratulations that's really important I believe.
Try it.

I think it also builds confidence and it empowers you.

I'm going to adapt this success habit and swipe it for learning and taking action to build my business. 3 - 5 successes a day.

To All Crushers,
I think what Eric is talking about is very true...put yourself in your own win column by doing those things that you tell yourself that you want/need to do on a daily basis is how you ultimately 'vote' for yourself and give yourself a yes, which gives you self confidence and just keep piling on these wins over and over is how you raise your personal view of yourself and that makes you feel better and you raise your personal power which just keeps snowballing. I'm sure that this strategy of consistently saying yes to you is what makes Eric and other's who are outwardly successful(in outsider views) actually succesful...they are inwardly successful first. So say yes to yourselves everyday and you will be on the moon faster than you know.

Dano, Agree! I'm saying yes today. Yes to building my business.

I use an ongoing list. That way I know how much I accomplished each day. Whatever is left over on the list goes higher on the priority tomorrow.
